8 years now and they seem like an eternity and at the same time like if everything happened yesterday, I remember being sat at that service station sharing a burger and talking about music, and the time was still, everything was like frozen in time, the next thing I remember was wondering the streets crying and feeling lost, with my soul to pieces and tired feet... I tried to find me, where am I? where am I going? burden of years passing without success.

And here they come, The Wombats with a new album.
Although... their new musical style is like more of the same, a mix between club shite and indie... it's like they've been commanded to adopt this new trendy x radio sound by the head of some dodgy record label.
I don't dislike it but it's not fresh, nor new... I liked them more a couple of years ago tbh
